Peplum tops are a pretty spring trend.

They look best with a pencil skirt or skinny trousers. Make sure the peplum accentuates your waist and falls right above hips - if a peplum doesn't fall right, it just looks like a stretched out tutu around you. And I don't know too many women who can carry that look off.....
