VICKSBURG, Miss. — Vicksburg police seized a suitcase with seven pounds of methamphetamine after stopping a tour bus Monday on Interstate 20.

Police Capt. Bobby Stewart said the drugs were found in piece of luggage with no name on it.

The Tornado passenger bus company is based in Dallas and runs passenger routes from Mexico to the Southeast and Midwest.

Stewart said about 30 people were on the bus, which was headed from Texas to North Carolina. He says no one was arrested.

Stewart said the seized meth was all in ice form, resembling shards of glass or ice.

Police said the meth was found when the bus was stopped by Officer Wesley Miller and his K-9 partner, Thor, a 1-year-old German shepherd.
