GASTONIA — A judge in Gastonia says the jurors will be chosen from another county for the retrial for a North Carolina man in the death of a woman whose body was found in South Carolina.

N.C. Superior Court Judge James Morgan said Thursday that jurors for Danny Robbie Hembrie's murder trial will come from Burke County. Trial is set for March.

The 50-year-old Hembree was tried earlier this year for the death of 30-year-old Randi Dean Saldana but the judge declared a mistrial. Saladana's burned body was found in York, S.C., in 2009.

The body was found near that of 17-year-old Heather Catterton. Hembree has been sentenced to die for her death.

Hembree also is charged with the 1992 death of 30-year-old Deborah Ratchford.
