CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Police are looking for a suspect or suspects in the shooting death of a Charlotte man.

Officers were called to a home around 1:15 a.m. Monday and found the body of 20-year-old Ronald Monroe Martin on the front porch of a home.

Police used a helicopter and K-9 dog units in the search, but there were no reports of an arrest.

Martin had been arrested in January on assault and attempted murder charges. Records show the charges were later dropped.
