LINCOLNTON — Authorities are releasing little information about a worker who died at a cabinet-making plant in Lincolnton.

A spokesman with Lincoln County paramedics say they were called to RSI Home Products around 8 a.m. Saturday for a traumatic injury. The man died a short time later at the hospital.

Paramedics wouldn't detail the man's injuries and said the sheriff's office was investigating.

Lincoln County Sheriff David M. Carpenter did not release the man's name, how he was injured or other details.

RSI Home Products' website says it makes cabinets and related products and has more than 5,000 workers in four U.S. states as well as China and Mexico.
