CHARLOTTE— Police are investigating an attack by teens in a Charlotte neighborhood on a man selling ice cream.

Forty-year-old Ermilio Saragosa told The Charlotte Observer (http://bit.ly/1oB3cwl ) he was not seriously hurt in the attack late on the morning of the Fourth of July.

Saragosa says he works at a Mexican restaurant but sells ice cream from a small cart to earn extra money several days a week. He says he did nothing to provoke the attack.

A 27-second video clip posted on YouTube shows a teen girl trying to open his cart. When he shuts it, she moves toward him cursing and throwing punches.

Two boys also hit the man.

The teens took Saragosa's wallet, some ice cream and $50.

Police have arrested two teens.
