FAYETTEVILLE — Officials have identified the skeletal remains found by Fort Bragg soldiers in Hoke County last week.

Officials say the remains were those of 19-year-old Fashaad Montez Lee, a student at Fayetteville Technical Community College. Lee had been missing more than three years.

The remains were found in some woods near Wagram by soldiers on a training exercise.

Two Maxton men, 25-year-old Roderick Haikeem Wilkerson and 27-year-old Tyemirh Young have been charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and conspiracy.

It was not clear if the men have attorneys yet.
