Police say 20-year-old Tyrell Deltwon Artis and 22-year-old Shamel Rayvon Brown were arrested Saturday and charged with first-degree murder and first-degree burglary.

Police say Artis and Brown shot 60-year-old James Alan Carr on Aug. 20 while trying to rob his home. Carr later died at a hospital.
