ARDEN, N.C. (AP) — A company plans to hire 100 new workers for its call center in western North Carolina.
The Asheville Citizen-Times reported (http://avlne.ws/VmSu2Y) that the company, GRFS, will hire the workers over the next two months.
The company says many of the new employees will work from home. GRFS call center director Debbie Jones says the company is now able to provide the proper online training and support so that employees don't have to come to an office to do their jobs.
The company has about 400 employees now at its facility in Arden.
GRFS processes and ships orders for products sold on television.
