At 613 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Tarboro, moving west at 5 mph.
Wind gusts up to 40 mph will be possible with this storm.
Heavy rain and minor flooding and deadly cloud to ground lightning
will also be possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Wilson, Elm City, Dortches, Princeville,
Sharpsburg, Pinetops, Macclesfield and Willbanks.
