I am calling about public utilities.Where you pay your utility bill?

I have tried the last two months and I have talked to them and they told me to use the call in phone.

I paid my bill over the phone, but why can't I pay my bill online?

Two months I have tried.

I put in my information and click pay, but it comes back with the same information and it doesn't go through.

Why do they even have the system if you cannot go online and pay your bills?
