Speak Up: What winter?

Monday, March 20, 2017

This past February has been the mildest February I can ever remember.

It was almost like mid-June instead of February.

The way I judge the severity of a winter is by how many of these jugs of de-icer I go through.

I fill up my cars with it and then to melt the ice, I spray it on the windshield. Usually I go through 2-3 jugs per winter.

This year I am still working on the first one-gallon jug.

It must be global warming. I don't know what else to attribute it to.

I would rather see it in the 50s during the day and in the 20s at night.

That is what winter should be. This is unbelievable.
