Local ministry to present gospel production

The Master’s Training Wheel Inc. will sponsor the gospel production “And So He Came” at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Keihin Auditorium on the campus of Edgecombe Community College in Tarboro.

The production is an awesome presentation of aspects of the biblical Christmas story that connect to contemporary issues. An exploration of some of the reasons why Jesus came in the 1st century are compared to issues presently faced in the 21st century.

The performances will leave the audience spellbound as they witness a phenomenal display of drama, singing and dancing from an outstanding cadre of performers. Some local performers include Audrey Mikell, Robin Dunn, Bonita Greene, Alicia Blandon, Pastor Wanda Parker, Lynette Hicks, Jazmine Barnes, Linda Joyner, Quandail Schenall, Shelayna Parker and many more.

Jackie Shaw, founder and CEO The Master's Training Wheel Inc., is the writer and producer and is known for past productions.

The production starts at 6 p.m. and doors will open at 5 p.m. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased from any member of the cast or through online payment options.
