Rocky Mount police arrested a fourth person wanted on gang-related charges in connection with a shooting Tuesday at the Golden East Crossing mall that wounded a woman in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart across the street.

Police said David Jordan Jr., 24 of Rocky Mount, is being held under a $150,000 bond in the Nash County Detention Center. Authorities arrested Jordan at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of South Church Street. He is charged with felony discharging a firearm with an enclosure and felony conspiracy.

Police on Tuesday arrested Donovan Tillery, 23, Mark Williams, 17, and Rashard Ricks, 18, of all of Rocky Mount, on the same charges of Jordan. Cpl. Mike Lewis of the Rocky Mount police said that the Tuesday afternoon shooting occurred because the suspects were reportedly shooting at one another from their vehicle while in the mall parking lot.

One of the bullets struck Jessica Morris, 36, of Elm City, while she was in the Wal-Mart parking lot on the other side of Jeffereys Road across from the mall. Morris suffered a non-life-threatening would as a result.
