A man wanted in connection to a recent store break-in is believed to be headed to Florida.
The Nash County Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release Tuesday that it is working to locate Frederick Allan Battle in connection to the break-in July 28 of the L&L Food Store at 1765 Red Oak Road in Nashville.
According to the release, an investigation into the case led deputies to believe Battle may be headed to Florida with his girlfriend and a juvenile in a grey or blue 2005 Ford Freestyle with N.C. license plate PCD-9910. The vehicle is registered to Battle’s girlfriend, Skylar Birth.
It adds Battle is a known gang member with several convictions for assault, robbery and other crimes and that he is considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information about Battle’s location is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 459-1510 or Det. Sgt. Jonathan Hilis at 903-2453.
