Edgecombe Community College will present an evening of seasonal music featuring the N.C. Symphony on Dec. 6.

The N.C. Symphony Holiday Pops Concert is an annual tradition in Tarboro. Led by Associate Conductor David Glover, the orchestra will perform familiar seasonal and classical favorites, including “Sleigh Ride,” “Joy to the World” and “Carol of the Bells.”

The event will also feature a popular Holiday Sing-along, and a visit from jolly old St. Nick and Mrs. Claus.

The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for students (pre-K through college).

The concert is the third event in the 13th season of the Edgecombe Performance Series, which brings world class entertainment to Tarboro and Edgecombe County.

Each year, ECC plans a series of performances for the community in a variety of artistic disciplines. All performance series events take place in Keihin Auditorium on the Tarboro campus at 2009 West Wilson St.
