Letter to the Editor: Don't let the mob rule
Thursday, October 25, 2018
The liberal media (right arm of the Democratic party) has decided it is not politically correct to call gangs of thugs, paid by liberal organizations backed by billionaire George Soros, a mob.
But mobs are exactly what they are. They are following the advice of Eric Holding, Hillary Clinton, Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi: Get in your opponents’ faces, kick them when they are down, be uncivil toward them, even calling for collateral damage against those who don’t agree with them (Republicans).
Kanye West used to be a liberal darling until he had the audacity to put on that MAGA cap. Now the left has labeled him mentally sick, which is their opinion of all who do not toe their line.
It is hard to believe that a few Democrats will not cross the aisle to vote with Republicans on sealing our border to protect us from foreign invaders, but they have not.
There is a 4,000-plus caravan from Honduras, backed by socialists, headed for our border saying nothing is going to stop. Thanks to President Trump’s friendly persuasion, Mexico is taking steps against this far left caravan to prevent their entry and if that does not pan out, our president says he will call in our military, not the National Guard, to seal off our border.
Booming economy: The Washington Post reported the United States now has a job opening for every unemployed person in the country.
A tight market lifts wages unless of course you allow illegals to take those jobs, thereby forcing wages to remain low. However, low wages are what the Chamber of Commerce, Wall Street, The Business Round Table, K Street and the Koch brothers want along with the politicians on their payrolls.
The U.S. is the most competitive economy in the world, according to the latest annual ranking by the World Economic Forum. It’s the first time since 2008.
President Trump just instructed his cabinet to shrink the federal government in all their departments and his policies are growing the private sector causing the economic boom all Americans are enjoying.
Do you want to elect politicians that believe in mob rule, those who want to keep wages low and who would rather grow government than the private sector? Or do you want to elect politicians who want to back our president who puts Americans first when it comes to jobs, National Security and protecting our freedoms?
