The Nash Community College Foundation Board of Directors completed a successful community campaign which began in March and ran through June.
Led by the NCC Foundation’s volunteer board, the annual campaign raises funds to support deserving students seeking help with their educational expenses and assists with instructional needs of the college.
“It is a privilege to work with a board that is so dedicated to the mission of the college. They work very hard to promote NCC, and it shows in the number of contacts they make on our behalf for various projects throughout the year,” NCC Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Foundation Executive Director Pam Ballew said. “The Foundation Board of Directors set a campaign goal of $250,000 and raised $290,757.”
The 2019-20 NCC Foundation Board President Dina Pitt, NCC mathematics department chair, led the 2019 campaign.
