Hill named communications director at N.C. Wesleyan

Crystal W. Hill has joined N.C. Wesleyan College as director of communications.
Hill is responsible for advancing the college’s marketing efforts, branding continuity and communications initiatives. She will serve as the primary media contact for the college as well as the creative lead on print materials, publications, web design, social media and video.
Hill comes to Wesleyan with over 15 years of marketing experience in the corporate, agency and broadcast worlds. She most recently served as the marketing director for Prodigy Transitional Rehab in Tarboro, where she developed a new brand identity for the company and managed all marketing and communications activities including social media, website design, advertising, research and community engagement.
Her previous experience includes serving as the N.C. Wesleyan account executive at Carney & Co. and marketing roles at several advertising agencies, including MRPP in Cary and Lewis Advertising in Rocky Mount.
“Crystal brings a wealth of skills creating strategies and developing effective marketing and communications programs to Wesleyan,” said Judy Rollins, vice president of enrollment & marketing. “Her expertise and collaborative spirit will advance our brand and marketing initiatives to support the growth path the college has been on for the last few years.”
Hill earned a bachelor’s degree in communication with a concentration in advertising from Endicott College in Beverly, Mass. She lives in Pinetops with her husband and three children.
