Battle, Winslow, Scott & Wiley P.A. is pleased to welcome Mike Gaynor and Bruce Daughtry to the firm.
Gaynor practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, business transactions and estate planning. He brings over 16 years of experience to the firm, having represented individuals who are purchasing new homes and large companies with commercial real estate or business transactions. He also assists clients with preparing their wills and estate plans.

Daughtry comes with a wealth of experience, having spent the last 24 years representing individuals and businesses in the civil division of the N.C. District and Superior Courts of central and Eastern North Carolina. In addition, he has years of experience representing and advising his clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, oftentimes avoiding the emotional and financial stresses of a trial.
