HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. - Elizabeth Caroline Worsinger and Thomas Kiel Blanton were
married at 5:00 p.m., Sept. 23, 2017 at the Leslie
Alford Mims House. Rev. Kathie Moon performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Nancy Worsinger.
The groom is the son of Robin Blanton andeMarisa Lowdermilk.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Bridesmaids were Anna Cathcart of Raleigh, Skyler Walker and Nicole Brantley both of Charlotte, all friends of the bride.
Groomsmen were Christopher Worsinger of Morehead City, brother of the bride, Monty
Montsinger of Raleigh, and Christian Covington of King, both friends of the groom.
A reception was held at the Leslie Alford Mims House.
Following a wedding trip to Kenya, the couple will live in Raleigh.
The bride is a graduate of Northern Nash High School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is employed by IQVIA(formerly Quintiles) in Durham.
The groom is a graduate of Northern High School in Durham and North Carolina State University. He is employed by Power Services of Raleigh.
On Nov. 12, 2016 an engagement party was hosted by the parents of the bride at Belmont Lake
Preserve Club house.
On June, 2017 a bachelorette weekend was hosted by friends of the brides in Charlottesville, Va.
On Aug. 19, 2017 a bridal shower was hosted by bridesmaids and friends of the bride in Raleigh.
On Aug. 27, 2017 a bachelor weekend was hosted by friends of the groom in Charleston, S.C.
On Sept,22, 2017 a bridal luncheon was hosted my the mother of the groom, Marisa Lowdermilk and the grandmother of the groom, Mary Lowdermilk in Raleigh.
