CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Penco Products, Americas leading supplier of storage products and material handling solutions in Greenville NC is now hiring for a Customer Service Supervisor. The Customer Service Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of associates involved in providing customer service.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard work processes and procedures.
•Establish and maintain standard metrics to measure success in Customer Service and Order Entry.
•Collaborate with Sales, manufacturing, and warehouses to ensure priorities are set to best serve our customers.
•Audit and review claims to ensure proper credit or denial is based on and supported by Penco policies.
•Build trust with our customer (DISTRIBUTOR) base.
•Be a change agent and a voice in our company to always seek practices that are more efficient.
•Mentor and train new associates to best reflect our practices and procedures.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain functions.
•Experience in managing direct reports and completing performance evaluations.
•Excellent personal, organization, verbal and written communication skills.
•High sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word SAP experience preferred
